Partnerships with Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar, MIAT Mongolian Airlines, Khanbogd Tourist Camp, and Mongol Nomadic inform the accommodation and logistics choices that the Design Team weaves into each itinerary. They prioritise locally owned ger camps, restaurants, and regional suppliers, and they design with the company’s **24-hour trip assistance** and on-the-ground coordination in mind.

The Design Team covers **collection comparison, region-by-region trip planning, first-timer roadmaps, bespoke journey design, seasonal routing, and practical pacing guidance**. They answer questions such as “Which collection suits a first-time visitor?” and “How many days do I need for Northern Mongolia?” while leaving day-to-day activity logistics and festival-specific advice to the other specialist teams.
